Normal for a freelancer or a one person business. You will be verified by your ID instead, with lower message limits and usually one phone number.

Your own mobile. You will get a code by text and you have to reply to it, so use the phone in your pocket. It cannot be a landline, and it cannot be a number we buy for you.
